By downloading or using Harbor (the "Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Harbor.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Harbor. By using Harbor, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. License
Harbor is open-source software. Your right to use, modify, and distribute Harbor is governed by its open-source license, which is available in the GitHub repository. These Terms of Service cover your use of Harbor as an end user and do not limit the rights granted by the open-source license.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Harbor only for lawful purposes. You must not use Harbor to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
- Scrape or harvest data from websites in violation of those websites' terms of service.

You are responsible for how you use Harbor, including the tasks you instruct it to perform.
5. Third-Party Services
Harbor may interface with third-party AI APIs and services as part of its operation. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Harbor is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Harbor is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Harbor is in early access and is actively being developed. It may contain bugs, produce unexpected results, or behave in ways that require you to review its actions before relying on them. You use Harbor at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harbor and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use Harbor.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
8. AI-Generated Output
Harbor uses AI models to process requests and generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, and for any actions taken based on that output.
Harbor does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any AI-generated content.
9. Changes to the Extension
Harbor is under active development. Features may change, be removed, or behave differently between versions. We will try to communicate significant changes through the GitHub repository.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of Harbor after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
